A few months ago I dropped my Pixel 3 and cracked the back of the phone. The camera autofocus was also not working well. The repair shops in Sydney didn't have any Pixel 3 parts, so I thought maybe I could get my phone fixed while we were in Japan on holiday. Initially they said they couldn't find the camera part, but the lady called around for about 30 minutes and found one somewhere. We came back 5 hours later and the back was replaced and the camera was working perfectly again. It cost 370 AUD total. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because there's a thin gap on the left and bottom of the phone where the replacement back isn't quite aligned.

Google pixelの画面割れの修理（交換）をしてもらいました。 目の前で動作チェックや説明が受けられて親切です。 開いて操作しているところがみられるのも新鮮でした。 はじめにひと通りの説明を受けた後、外出するか、その場で待つかを選べます。 外出する場合は、当然スマホは渡してしまうので、別途時計の用意や周辺の行き先のあてを作っておいた方がいいです。
Google Pixelの修理で訪れました。Webから予約したので来店時はスムーズでした。 店員さんの感じもよく、安心してお願いできました。修理前と修理後に動作確認があり、20分ぐらい掛かかります。残りの修理時間は外出も出来ます。純正部品で修理ができて当日に直るなら価格にも納得できます。 現金、クレジットカード、PayPayが使えます。
