Low-key hot pot in the heart of Shinjuku! We found the service to be excellent! We wanted to go to a famous nearby hot pot, but they were too busy. This was our ”Plan B.” It was a good plan b! We recommend the beef/coriander meat balls, and the black fur pork balls were terrific!

Hot Pot there was amazing. Mushroom soup tastes really delicious and ingredients were all fresh and delicious. Pumpkin Cakes were excellent! Fish and lamb tastes awesome. And environment was really neat and elegant. I really liked this place.
Good hotpot visited by many non-locals. Good variety of meats along with more exotic foods like pig brain and blood.

Very good hot pot restaurant, the service is very good. Usually there is no long waiting queue since it is not as popular as Kaitero, but the taste is on the same level. Other than the hotpot, the appetizer is also very delicious, especially the spicy duck head. I don't usually eat duck head, but the duck head here is just too hard to be ignored.
I went there last night At 9:57pm so the waitress told us to wait couple more minutes like 10pm to order so we can get 5% discount. we waited it till 10:04. We ordered a lot food and we couldn’t finish so we ask for to go but the water only gave us one small thin plastic box for half table of the food. I don’t know why he won’t give us more boxes. I know I have right to ask more boxes so I did but he seem like unhappy and he takes forever so I told him never mind. I didn’t pack any food to go at all I wasted at least 70 food. What I’m mad about is the waiter didn’t gave us 5% at the end and he told us we here 3 minutes before 10pm. I explained to him about the waitress told us to wait and we did Waited but he still won’t give us 5%. Too bad the waitress gone home otherwise I can talk about to her about it. It’s not a big deal about little money but the guy was rude and unprofessional.
The food was pretty average, but the service was the worst by far of my month in Japan. Towards the later hours when staff are finishing their shifts they stop caring. When paying we were told it was ‘impossible’ that certain items did not arrive, when we were told earlier by the waiter that they were out of stock and it would be automatically taken off our order.
