What a great experience! They show you all of the lush products they will use during your treatment and even give you some to take home. The therapists are very experienced and give great massages. Why don’t more companies do this???

My partner and myself ended up speaking to the staff when we went in- not something we usually do, but after talking to her for a while, she told us about some of their shinjuku exclusive products and services. We ended up coming two nights later for a facial! Totally not pushy with sales, and i’m so so happy she actually showed me their spa service selection. Can be a bit expensive, but in my books, it’s a MUST DO in Tokyo. Staff as well as product selection is worth travelling out for, and every single one of the stores 4 levels is worth visiting. Highly highly recommend!

とても癒されました！ 仕事の帰りにwebでサクッと予約、たった30分のフェイシャルでしたが、音と様々な香りに刺激されハートがほっこりほぐれたのを実感しました() 店員さんの丁寧な対応もよかったし、自分がどんな気分や肌になりたい等のイメージをヒアリングしてくれて、 そこからクレンジングや化粧水やオイルを選んでくれるという流れも他にはなくてよかったし、なによりも優しいタッチのマッサージに心ほぐれました！ 別日に25分のヘッドマッサージも受けましたが、こだわりのヒーリングサウンドと優しいタッチが心地よく、、短時間でも心リラックスできました() お店のざわざわした音がすこし気になったのと、スパ目的じゃない人も4階に上がってきてしまうところが気になって星4つにしましたが、 また時間あるとき、もっと長い時間のヘッドもフェイシャルもボディも受けてみたいと思いました() ありがとうございました！
