It was the first time visit for me to this place. The staffs are nice and polite, and the sauna was great. People with tattoos cannot use this place because of the public bath policy that many Japanese spa/hot spring companies apply. They have dryer, towels, bath robe coming with the plan you buy. They also have toner and lotion as well. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face cleansing are also prepared. Some of the staffs might not speak fluent English, but the receptionist at the front spoke it really well.

This is not a luxury spa. This is a utilitarian spa that the local women visit daily. the full body scrub was rough, to say the least, but I've never felt so smooth. no tattoos.
They don't really speak English and don't allow people with tattoos. C'mon, it's 2018.
Very relaxing
１階で着替えて、２階の風呂に階段で行き、そこでガウンをミニロッカーにいれて風呂へいく、ちょっと変わったスタイル。貴重品はフロント前で預かってくれるので財布などはここへ。新大久保なので韓国語分からない日本人にはハードル高いかな？と思ったけれど、勇気を出して一人で行ってみたら、普通のスーパー銭湯のような気軽さ。水風呂の温度が絶妙で最高に体の調子がよくなりました。サウナはマジで医者いらず。また行きます。
ルビパレ️は安いのに ゆったり まったり出来て 女だけだし 安心して楽しめる場所 よもぎサウナ️が好き️ 氷も水も無料なのが嬉しい。。 ただ、1階のレストラン？が 韓国料理しかないのが残念。。 もっと日本の食べ物を！
