If you live in Japan for a long period and think you may go there not only one time then you should register member card, 500 yen fee per year (don't remember well). Base on your purchase you will get a money gift ticket in limited period (don't know how to describe) for next purchase.

Love Sekaido! Can spend hours and tons of money in there. The choice is impressive and it’s possible to sample a few of the pens and pencils! The webshop is also easy to use if you don’t feel like going all the way there!
This store is a crafter or artists dream. There is so much to look at, it's hard not to buy a bunch of stuff I don't need. I was looking for a large roll of dark blue/indigo colored paper and couldn't find it anywhere else (it was even difficult to find online without having it shipped from outside Japan) but I found it at Sekaido!
THE place for framing. Huge selection of both ready-made and custom. Very helpful people. But, Japanese only as far as I know. Also free parking with purchase. Tons of supplies, too.
