For many people this is a place of sadness. Hello Work is on the 23rd floor. And it is indeed depressing. There are many other businesses in the building, but Hello Work is likely the most important. A cram school on 5F for example along with the offices of a driving school cult. Access is possible from underground which is a good thing when the weather is miserable. However, the basement has food and beer.

30階からいい眺めです。 真ん中くらいの階にハロワがあるっぽい。 それぞれの事業所が集結したビル。 ※1階からエレベーターで最上階に行けるわけでなく、2階がメインホールであり、そこから上の階へ行けます。その為、2階は新宿駅まで直接繋がっております。
見渡せる範囲は青梅街道が大ガード越えて、靖国通りに変わる方向。左側には池袋、ずっと先のスカイツリー？角度が狭まれてたエレベーターホール、その他のエリアはイベントも無い日の為、立入禁止。30階建ならではな見晴らしの良さ？でもなかったのですがね
