Incredibly rude bar staff. I've been here a few times and they weren't particularly bad or good, but this time was awful. Attempted to go in with a party of three, and was immediately given the \X\ arms as a no good. There were many open seats so I asked why (In Japanese) and the staff refused to speak to me, just shoving his \X\ fingers in my face, and refusing to speak. I liked this place because it is non-smoking, but it's safe to say I'll never be giving them my business again.
Friendly, clean, nice selection of food including haggis? It is true. Like the no smoking and atmosphere in Kagurazaka. A bit expensive vs other options.
The food is dead-center average but the prices make it poor value. Same for the drinks. Really want to like it more.
The food was good. The drinks were good. The group behind us was drunk and noisy. The quintessential Scottish pub experience.
