Top notch sushi if you are in Kabukicho. Service is impeccable, fish was amazing and I found my new favorite salmon roe! English isn't needed as I was able to communicate with the awesome chef using the photos on the menu. Atmosphere added to the experience. For the time I was there I felt like a local. I loved it so much I ate there twice in 4 days!

Abit non-Japanese friendly. Sushi chef serve the food well and delicious. Definitely will come back again if drop by shinjuku, tokyo
I went for the lunch menu, between 1100-1500. What I had cost 840 yen. Which is a bargain really, including Matcha tea refill. The fish was fresh straight from Tsukiji market, the rice was sticky and the miso was pleasant. As long as you have some basic grasp of ordering in Japanese you'll be fine. Service good, they let you get on with it but are responsive when you need something.
Don't be intimidated if you are not Japanese and the staff are a little dismissive. I was served by the chef, who hand made each piece of sushi I ordered for me to eat. The nigiri I had (sea urchin, tuna, mackerel, octopus, scallop, and clam) were delicious. I would definitely go back, I would suggest to order off the individual piece menu as opposed to the set, so you get all your pieces made on the spot
Great and fresh sushi. Verry quiet after lunch . . . 3:01 pm don't expect have the lunch menu we are in Japan we fallows the rules. The fish are really good quality. Miso soupe excellent. . .
