以前東京院を通ったことがあるため、今回新居の近くの新宿院を予約しようと電話をかけました。しかし、以前東京院を通ったことがあるため、新宿院に移動するには5500円をかかるって言われました。なぜ移動しなければならないですか？この5500円は具体的に何のために使われますか？って聞きましたが、スタッフさんは上のものはそう言ったから、うちの決まりですと言う答えでした。どうしても移動する必要が見えたいし、向こうからちゃんと説明も出来ないし、本当に納得できません。ちゃんとした理由なしで、人にお金を払えって言える？こういう決まりと接し方は本当におかしいです！ I was been going to the Tokyo brunch before, so this time I want to book Shinjuku brunch where is closer to my new house. But they asked me to pay 5500 for transferring brand. I asked why it’s necessary to transfer? And what’s the money actually paying for? They just said their boss made the rule. I can’t see the point, and they even can’t explain why they charge the fee. How can you ask someone to pay the money for no reason??? It’s not acceptable! Be careful with that!
