Great service, great rates!!! Hard to find so I took some pictures of the building to make it easier. Office 502. It's the tiny brown door next to the ramen shop!

Transparent rates, you can look them up pre-hand at the website listed for this Google listing. No extra fees too. Directions: the entrance is an unassuming door next to Katsuya (see photo for reference). Ninja is on the 5th floor, but elevators operate from the 2nd only, so climb the flight stairs at the entrance else you might get a little lost. Out of the lift, turn right and you should see their office.

If you need to change money in Tokyo, probably the place to go with no conversion fee and buy/sell spreads at 1% it's a pretty good deal however you look at it if you require physical cash. Oh service is also excellent, quick and to the point. I also believe locals come here to do their exchange. Definitely a great find.

Four staff. Efficient. Highest rates in this city. Accepts all major currencies, KRW, THB, SGD, CNY. Refer to their website for the rates and you will be amazed. Forgot to ask if MYR, IDR, VND, were accepted. It's not listed in their site, so if you have those, probably can ask them via the Internet before going to their office.

This place requires a bit of a treasure hunt, but it's a gem. It's known to have the best rates in Tokyo. To find it, first go through the glass door. This place is now called Ninja Money Exchange at room 502. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Go to the door on your right. See attached pictures for more details.

Rate is great, seriously. It’s difficult to identify the location though. It’s 5th floor of the building, which does not have any sign board. If you look for great deal for exchange, this is the place for you.

It was a little hard to find, but it is at the pin point that it said, on the 5th floor. At first, I thought it’s odd that it’s inside a building, and that it might be dodgy, but when I arrived there is lots of people and it turned out to actually have good rates and overall a place to exchange.

This is a personal review I'm sharing about the place and what I experienced when I was there. 1. Usually it takes 5 minutes or less to exchange currency here. 15 minutes on a busy day. I think it's getting popular now with tourists and foreign residents. Good place, gets the job done quick. 2. On to my personal experience. There was this very rude and unpleasant Arab looking man who was being aggressive towards me for no reason. He was acting tough but really is just a coward. We were staring at each other for a bit and had he come forward I would have to defend myself. Cowards like this have no place being here and troublemakers like these should be deported. Japan doesn't need lousy type of immigrants. This Arab looking guy was a weirdo who was looking to take out his aggression on someone this day. This experience made my 15 minute stay at this place very uncomfortable and I feared for my safety.
