Great Service. I highly recommend this store for Katana replica swords . They gave me a letter which allowed me to check-in the sword in my flight ️. Also, I used the letter to go through customs to enter Saudi Arabia . They also packed it nicely for the trip.

Worst customer experience I have had in Japan by far. I entered the shop during normal operating hours just behind another customer. I quickly found the item I needed and waited patiently for 25 minutes while the manager explained their kendo offerings to the couple who entered first. When it was finally my turn the manager turns to me and simply says “we’re closed.” Forgetting the fact I’d just watched him help other customers, the least he could have done would be to have told me any time before so that I would not waste half an hour waiting by the register. I tried to get an explanation and told him I could quickly pay by cash, but he would only tell me to come back another day. Later the same week, I swallowed my pride and returned to make my purchase 3 hours before closing time. Once again the manager was with another customer. Once again he told me “we’re closed,” though at least this time without making me wait. In both cases there was no hint of apology, just a tone and a look that made it clear he did not want my business. I can’t say why he felt that way, but after two attempts, I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

The shop is awesome. The staff has limited English but if you're here, you can speak kendo and that's more than enough. They were super nice and sorted me out proper with a men. The men was a bit tight and next size up was too loose so the staff took out a wrapped mallet and softened/pre-wore the chi (chin pad). Shop is well laid out with a discount table. Not a big store. Not as big as Kyoto Store, but the openness and brightness made the shopping experience easier.

Really really friendly, and competent staff! A men in my size (71) was in stock, I was positively astonished. Prices are very reasonable. Staff had good knowledge of Kendo equipment.

The Tozando showroom is a haven for Kendo equipments and accessories. But the best experience I ever had visiting the place was the courtesy and unsurpassed customer service. The staff really attended to my needs seeing every detail to ensure I wont have any problems with the bogu set I purchased. Highly recommended place for your kendo supplies and accessories.
