English menu and at least one waitor who had very good English. The 550 cover charge for an appetizer I didn't want was annoying but at least it was declared when we arrived and the rest of the food was reasonably priced. If you want to try Whale I highly recommend the Roasted whale, I don't like seafood but it was delicious!!
