They check id's here. They allow snacks, not sure about drinks. And their hookah was really good. It's low key everybody keeps to themselves. I've even seen people come in alone smoke hookah and listen to music just to chill. The system is pretty cool, but they charge a cover. So I think it's a bit more expensive, but it's location is ideal. The clerks are super super cool! It was really slow one day and I was waiting for a train, and one of the clerks sparked up a convo with me and we talked and bit hung out it was really kind of him.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good atmosphere, decent selection. Like many other places in Tokyo, they’ll try your best to help you out even if you don’t speak Japanese. If you’re traveling alone, I recommend coming here relatively close to the closing time. You might be able to make some new friends.
