丸の内エリアでは新しいビルです(2020年現在)。 ただ、丸ビル、新丸ビル、ブリックスクエアと比べ、このビルは一階のセブンイレブン、地下の飲食店、あと東京會舘以外はオフィスなため、先程のビルや日比谷のミッドタウンのようにわざわざいくほどではないと思います。 ただ、お好み焼きは(オモニ)このエリアには少なかったり、初出店もあるので、立ち寄りなら面白いかと思います。
