Great service. We were hesitant when we saw the bad reviews, but have no idea how someone could be disappointed here. Staff were very kind and had good English. We rented for only one day as other review said the gear was dangerous; the gear was exactly what we expect from any of the other international ski rentals we've had. Staff had no problem with extending our rental for the rest of the week and even let us choose a walmer helmet. Great place, would go again

Not professional, inflexible, ski quality is not good. This is the first time I have ever met this quality of ski/snow board rental shop. Suppose they should provide professional service.
Shocking - avoid at all costs. Very slow, equipment is dangerously old and unfit for use - get a taxi somewhere else it will be safer, save you time and save you an injury. Also very difficult conditions around rental which wasn’t a problem for us but could have been. Would give 0 star if possible. AVOID
Staff is horrible. Would have given zero stars tho
A half day complete set cost around 7000yen
Beware of the half day additional charge if you are even remotely late to returning gear after the 5pm deadline!!
Poor quality gear, and generally unhelpful staff. Avoid.
