Sony Official" Customer Service Center in Tokyo. Please note that customer service within Japan region is POOR at Sony. (vs Apple or Bose etc.) . I just bought WF-1000XM3 noice canceling headphone which is around 250USD, and one of earset did not work from beginning. Sony has no return policy (No refunds allowed), and telephone operator requested to bring this broken earset to this customer service center with customer's expense on transportation etc. Moreover, in order to "fix" this headset, Sony requested to wait for another 7-8 days and come back again to this place with no compensation on transportation etc. Will never buy Sony products again. Poor customer service.
Amazing place!!!! I accidentally spit on my sensor when I was blowing away some dust. GUH. I cried. Being on vacation with only a limited number of days I was stressed but They cleaned my sensor within 30 minutes! Affordable and super friendly. Highly recommend if you spit on your sensor.
Excellent service, my camera was like new and they gave me a new strap for free. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
