It's a huge new complex - clean and bright. The baths themselves are good (lots of different jet baths, electric baths, a silk bath, outdoor and indoor ...). I didn't see the cool room area, but that looks fun. The restaurant area was fine; a good place to have a beer and there is also outdoor seating. The wristband system of payment is one of the more complicated I've come across. There's explanation in English and other languages though. I went at the weekend and it's very busy. They limit the number of people entering, but still the feeling is of being in a crowded mall (lots of families with very young kids, lots of big groups of high-schoolers). On the weekend at least, it's not a place to relax. I'd like to come back on a weekday and see how it compares.

Because I live close to this super spa it is always fun to have a great bath and relax
There are too many people and little space, a lot of people are waiting to find somewhere to sit down and read the comics or relax with the family a lot of children are running around and tripping over the steep steps and have nowhere to play where is comfortable for them. They have no employees to control how many customers are coming and leaving it’s kind of jampacked facility where a lot of people cannot enjoy their personal space and relax properly without hearing other people beside them or breathing on them
Great facility to spend the entire day. Paying the extra 600yen to use the lounge and rock spa area is well worth it.
I have no word to describe this place. Lots of space . Hope everyone like this place. First ever is forever!
