Being American I shouldn’t compare but our sports shops have a much better shoe department than Sport Depot. However, they do make up for this with sportswear. You can find clothes for almost any sporting activity here and all with reasonable prices.
Staff weren’t friendly not polite rude behavior

As the name of this place states, it is a sports store. Sell a lot of different sports equipment and clothes; they also have seasonal options as well. Surprisingly there seem to be more sports clothes than actual sports equipment. They also cell sports drinks, protein powder, and protein snacks for a reasonable price. Equipment seems to be priced fairly, however, the clothes, especially the shirts, are overpriced in my opinion.
Nice place to get sports gear...
Sports Depot has sporting equipment shoes and clothes for most every sport. Golf and soccer is well represented. Prices are about average, for Japan with some good deals to be had on the weekly sale items. The store is spacious and well laid out and takes credit cards. There is a JP Post ATM in the Ryubo supermarket next door that takes international debit cards if you need Yen.
Enjoy shopping there so much. Some promotions are very good.
