Omotenashi is the Japanese term for hospitality. Naoko was an incredible host and epitomized ‘omotenashi’ with grace and happiness. She arranged transportation, restaurants, and other experiences for our group of 10. The rooms were beautifully modern, comfortable, and very clean. Highly recommend. We will return.
Best hospitality I’ve ever had!! Naoko went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable holiday weekend, and the suites were very clean and homey. Great location close to the slopes, plenty of food nearby, and Starry will arrange for transportation anywhere else you may wish to go. This weekend away with coworkers felt like a family ski trip. If I’m ever back I’m Hakuba this is where I would stay!! Would recommend again and again. Thank you so much Starry!
Everything was excellent! Great location right on the slope next to the gondola, clean and comfortable rooms, and above-and-beyond hospitality! Director Naoko is wonderful!! She and her staff are the spirit of Omotenashi.
Fabulous! Stayed 3 nights 4 days, fluent English-speaking management, personalized care, incredible attention to detail, modern facilities with heated floors, and right next to equipment rental and the ski lift. Exactly what you would expect from Japanese O-mo-te-na-shi.

アパートメントタイプと2ベッドルームに5泊づつ泊まりました。小型犬も一緒です。部屋は目的に合わせて選ぶと満足度が上がると思いました。写真は管理棟以外は2ベッドルームのものです。全てが揃っているので、どこにも出かけなくても我が家のようにくつろげます。人間は2ベッドルームの部屋がお気に入り。アパートメントタイプの１階はドアの前が道なので、犬連れはこちらがおすすめ。犬も1階の部屋が気に入ったみたいです。オーナーは日本語とネイティブ並の英語、コンシェルジェはさらにフランス語が話せます。日本語が話せなくても大丈夫です。犬OKのコンドミニアムですが、事前に審査があります。予約ページには書かれていませんが、犬の宿泊料金も別途かかります。また、原則、室内での排泄はNGとのこと。そのため、部屋は犬の匂いがしないし、実際に会った犬はみんなお行儀が良くて、犬が嫌いな人でも嫌な思いはしないと思いました。周りにお散歩コースもたくさんあるので、おすすめです。
