This place is a-ma-zing. The first time I got there I didn't planed well and was there a closed day. I returned another day and gosh I'm glad! They take great pride in offering a stellar product: fresh and well cooked, delicious! The service is the sweetest I had in Tokyo, great chat, charming people... Just go! You won't regret it! I would return anytime. Thank you so much for the delicious and heart warming experience!

The place is definitely a hidden gem. The owners are delightful. They have a wonderful traditionally stylized restaurant. They are absolutely the greatest people you will ever have the chance to dine in with. They speak English, which helps to make it a very tourist friendly location. Topping it off, they even make their own desserts fresh. Lovely place, I will absolutely come back again.

We found the restaurant with a google maps search of Asakusa - it’s not a place a tourist would otherwise find so we lucked out on our first night after arriving from the UK. And a great find it was. Brian was our chef and narrator of local information and history, and was great at explaining the food to our children. King prawn, steak, mushrooms, and Brian’s homemade ice cream. Big thanks to Brian and his mother.

Absolutely fantastic. Doesn't look much from the outside but once you are inside it's a beautiful little traditional restaurant. Run by a mother and son, and son speaks perfect English, from start to finish you are looked after. Food quality is very high and cooked to perfection as well. Probably best meal we had in Tokyo!
