I'd say it's foreigner-friendly, with common sense policy and nice rooms. The receptionist went an extra mile for me, seeing that my Japanese skills were limited, and tried his best in English.
Clean and afforable studio for people to have rehearsals or dance events.

Dance studio, nice rooms available for rent. But the smoke from the smoking area blows into the lobby.
Studios are kind of small and there is not shower room. It also isn't very easy to find as it is in the basement of building. You have to look for tiny cube sign next to stairs.
