Lazy company that do the bare minimum after taking your money. Would have liked more help and advice. Needless to say we did not renew the contract.

Excellent, Reliable and Prompt to pay. They have the proffesionalism that I demand from an Agency.
Extremely unprofessional attitude, will try to talk down to you for asking simple questions such as if an example schedule would work or not. Because we are just outside of the Tokyo area, first they told us they were “concerned” about the distance- which is understandable. The next email they wrote the following to us- “ In the previous email, we said we ‘concern’ where you live. We actually basically meant that we don't think we can work with you because you live far from Tokyo area.” That was only the beginning of the email. Such a waste of time.
