Wonderful and helpful staff even though I don't speak Japanese

Yes they have a work out room it cost 400 yen for 3 hours. The facility is very clean, and new. Some of the staff there speak English and they are very kind.

Nice but small swimming pool (25m). The gym is small too but has nice equipment. Plenty of fields and a small cafeteria.

個人的宗教観でタトゥをいれますが、こちらはNGな施設です。信仰の自由は認められた国のはずですが、ごくわずかな宗教しか認められていない国だということが体験できます。こちらの施設は区の管轄だったような・・・ NGを言い渡すならば私の信仰心を傷つけずに伝えることも大事なんじゃないかなと思います。失礼ですが宗教批判にも受け取れるような一色淡の扱いでしたので対応した方を人間的に否定したい気持ちでいっぱいです。もっと国際的なジム利用を検討したいと思います。

杉並区の軟式野球で度々利用しています。 人工芝のグランドは非常に気持ち良いですが、夏場は逃げ場がなく熱中症対策必須です。 4面あり、シーズン中は幅広い年代の方々が朝から利用していらっしゃいます。 一般利用者もグランド周りを走ったり歩いたり体操したりと活気があります。
