The host is very nice,accomodating and prompt.They respond quick and they are flexible with check in/check out hours. The house is located in a very pretty,quiet area.Near the Koenji station there are many vintage shops.VERY nice area,clean new house,and tranquil surroundings. I'm definitely coming back!

Was a nice place! Everything was pretty much provided for you. The only real inconvenience is that it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the metro station.However, there is a bus stop at a 4-minute walk and you can go directly to Shinjuku and Shibuya.The owner was very helpful when i was leaving and called a cab for me (i can’t speak japanese). I recommend it!

I stayed over 1 month at guest house while I worked and tried to find an accommodation in Tokyo. First the basic stufft is a sharehouse with private rooms and shared common space with a decent number of showers and toilets so you dont have to wait too long. FANTASTIC amenities all the kitchen stuff you need to prepare a meal, steam iron, washing machine and dryer, cleaning supplies, shower supplies, hair dryers great value for money! The whole stay made my first couple of weeks in Tokyo so easy that it took a lot of the pain out of moving countries! 10/10 will recommend!

台風19号が接近するとの事で急遽お電話して宿泊させていただきました。場所がわかりにくかった為お電話したところ、夜遅くの電話にも関わらずとても親切に対応して下さいました。レビューにあるように凄く管理人様がいい人でした。女性限定のゲストハウスだったのと、管理人様が近くにいるので何かあったら電話していいと言って下さったので安心して宿泊出来ました。また、帰りの際の交通手段等もメールにて教えて頂き助かりました。本当にありがとうございました！！また、機会があったら利用させていただきます。
