WORST SERVICE EVER! The service person didnt even offer to take our drink order. They didnt have the steak or the Mango juice and both looked angry even the minute we walked in. For a Japanese run restaurant it was empty which should have been a sign and the rudeness was so visible (highly unusual) Would recommend the Sushi restaurant or the Indian restaurant across it.

Decent food. Salad ingredients were really good.
The women waiters were all lovely and quite understanding and patient with us as we tried to navigate the menu. Lovely service from them. Being a vegetarian there were no meat-free options so I opted to not eat and just get a drink whilst my friends took advantage of the “purchase a main meal then get access to the pizza and salad buffet”. I proceeded to eat one single hot chip from my friends buffet plate whilst we were waiting for their meals and the male waiter (presumably the owner) promptly confronted me questioning why I was eating after not having purchased a meal. Me and my friend tried to explain that it was just one chip and I was sorry and wouldn’t eat anything more but he was very cross and not understanding or kind at all and simply walked off. This anxiety-provoking situation made me quite visibly upset and truly ruined the whole meal for me and my friends. The waitresses were very understanding and apologetic and so lovely, however I was quite disappointed that the male waiter did not say anything more to us or come to check in after that, making us all very uncomfortable - an attitude consistent with many other reviews I have read.
The lunch menus come with all you can eat pizza and salad, both of which are very good. With the number of tourists to Tokyo Skytree dropping off due to COVID-19, the restaurants there are not very crowded, and you don't have to wait to get in.
Waited almost an hour to get our food, and when it arrived it was underwhelming to say the least. The Pizza was soggy and the vegetable pasta was tasteless and bland. For the price we paid I was expecting much more than the plain, sad food that we received. Don't waste your time coming here.
Caesar salad good. The bagna calda salad is a joke. The pasta is good and the pizza acceptable.
Nothing exceptional with food, many ingredient we ordered comes from deep freezes and not was no so fresh, pizza rather chewy and just few slice of prosciutto on top, portion is small considering the price. Now, tiramisu was just perfect!
All you can eat Italian! You have to order an entrée of pasta then you have unlimited pizza, salad,pasta and fries. Beautiful views from the windows!
