My friend and I were super excited about this especially when I learned a colleague of mine quit at the first floor. She said it was that scary. But it wasn't as scary as we thought it would be. It's probably also because the waiting time between groups of people is too little, you're bound to bump into the previous group if you're fast. Then you'll be able to anticipate the scares because you see it happening to the previous group. The place though is really creepy like in horror movies. The lights are dim and pathways narrow. The effects are effective and will definitely draw screams from you. Be prepared to run when something chases you!

Absolutely amazing place. Excellent setup for the haunted house. Actors were amazing. Just keep a mindset of the ghost are real instead of actors and you'll have a lot of fun

Way too overrated. The building has potencial to be a really scary experience, good props and atmosphere but they are really understaffed, you can tell there are many rooms designed for a a guy to come out from the walls and scare you but no one comes, even sometimes you would hear screams from the group ahead of you but they didn't have enough time to come back and scare the following group so they would skip many groups; over all we got like 3 encounters with staff during the entire experience, not really scary. It goes for like 20 min, not the 40 they advertise.

OVERRATED! Although it is stated on the sign that it would take around 50 mins to finish the route but actually it took only 15 mins! They have nice props and everything. The atmosphere was also just right. But that's it! Nothing else! There were only 3 ghosts. They should add more or maybe they are understaffed because I went on Dec 31... Also with the setting, story and everything they have they should make something better. For me it was not scary.... did not worth my 2000 yen. I do not recommend it here.

They ran out of tickets for the attraction, so we did not get to experience it after driving 2 hours to get there. They should get rid of the ticket process and just have the haunted house stay open as long as the park, no tickets required.
