We had an amazing time paddle-boarding with the SUP宮島 team!! The setting was incredible, and our guide (Louis/Rui) was amazing. It was the first time for one of us, but our guide was able to get her up and paddling comfortably within just a few minutes. This is by far one of the best ways to see Miyajima and the Inland Sea, and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Miyajima! Highly recommend!!

Shin went out of his way to accommodate my last-minute request, inviting me for a late-afternoon SUP after his full-day tour. We went by car over a mountain pass to the south side of the island, where there was absolutely no-one. The sea was calm like a lake at that time, and paddling was pure pleasure. Shin is an excellent guide, it felt like I was paddling with a friend, while at the same time he made sure I had my space, and he also pointed out interesting things to see and learn. Thank you so much!
Our experience with SUP was absolutely superb. We got a great price, excellent service and a stunning kayak tour of the island. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure our time in Miyajima and Hiroshima was the best it could be, giving his personal dos and donts, and tips on restaurants and bars for the rest of our trip.
Had a great day going round miyajima on the paddle boards and especially going through the Torii gate! Can recommend to anyone either groups or by yourself.
We had a great experience paddle boarding Miyajima with Shin and Hiro. They were very professional and had everything setup and ready to go right on time for us. They let us keep our backpack and street shoes in their vehicle, so we didn't have to worry about finding a locker or place to store our stuff. The boards we got to use were nice hard boards, but they also had an inflatable as an option. They provided life jackets and the boards had leashes as well. We launched from a beach nearby, paddled under the jetties by the terminal, to nearby beach. Then onto the Great Torri Gate! They were very knowledgeable about the customs for who's turn it was to paddle thru the gate, so we were able to wait our turn and then paddle thru the gate. They were able to take some great pictures of us. Next, we paddled to a quieter river outlet and saw some sting rays and other schools of fish. We stopped at a couple beaches during the tour to rest. It was a great experience and we'd definitely do it again!
