I came here so my daughter could go skiing with her friend. Coming up to the ski resort, there isn't any snow on the ground, but there was plenty of snow to ski on at the ski resort. My daughter had skiied only once before so they had a private ski lessons. The ski instructor definitely had experience teaching 5 year olds because she seemed to work well with my daughter and her friend. To the left of the main ski area is an area for kids to play. The price of this area is a bit too high, but I have done that with my daughter in the past and she enjoyed it. There are even some alpacas there. Also, there is an area you can bring small kids to go sledding. I have also done this with my daughter when she was younger and it was a blast. For the lessons (two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon), they started with stretching exercises, then the instructor had the girls go down the hill on their butts to the lower area where they practiced skiing. After the two hours, we went to the cafeteria style restaurant on the second floor. The food was good and there is plenty of tables to accommodate the lunch crowd. For the afternoon lesson, I was amazed when the instructor tied the girls' skies together and they all skied down the hill I mentioned earlier. It started raining in the afternoon but when we met up with them after their lesson, my daughter was completely happy and wet (but dry inside her ski wear). I highly recommend the private lessons for young skiers as they will get personal attention. It is more expensive but it was clearly worth it to see my daughter skiing for the first time.

ここはひらがなの「く」の字あるいは「L」字のようなコースレイアウトになっている横広なゲレンデです。2コースのみだが、初心者から上級者まで納得できるシュプールを描くことができるでしょう。スキーヤーのみで、スノーボードはできないので注意してね。ゲレンデとは独立して「キッズスノーランド でっかいアニマル遊園地」という雪遊び場もあるから、目的にあわせて楽しむことができます。
初心者にいいです。 スキーヤーオンリーなのと、広くて人数が少ないので初心者やファミリーに良いと思います。 中級者以上だと富士見パノラマの方が楽しいかも。 のんびり向けです。 雪質は中級者の上の方はまだいいのですが、したの方はガリガリのところ多いです。 近くに、日帰り温泉があり、スキーの半券で100円びきになります。
中央線の小淵沢駅からタクシーで3000円ほど。 スキー場から富士山は見えないけど（行くまでのルートでは見える）、日本で2番目に高い北岳が見える。 積雪がない時は人工雪だけど、深夜にミストのようなものを自然の寒さで凍らせており、本物の雪のようにパウダー状になっていた。 子供のスキー教室が充実している。キッズランドも1100円でソリ付き、動物も少しいるのでとてもお得。
