This place is located in residential area and used to be a Geisha house turned into Monjayaki and Okonomiyaki restaurant. You will enjoy like Ninja house design but authentic Japanese house. Camembert cheese Monja does look fabulous and tasty. Better to book in advance, if you go.

Monjayaki, a variant of Okonomiyaki, is staged here by very careful hostesses. The meal, spectacular, blends into a traditional and timeless setting. The atmosphere is very calm. It's a nice break-up after a day in Shibuya. Possibility to eat on tatamis in the smoking area.

Great atmosphere as it was set in an old geisha house, but the food was only so so... Only rated as such cos okonomiyaki without Japanese mayo is like eating hotdog with no ketchup. Making your own crepe for dessert was fun though!
