I have been receiving structural integration sessions from Yasuka for three years since we met in Boulder, CO. I have been practicing and teaching martial arts for many years now, and we began my sessions with the goal of correcting the subtle posture and movement habits that I have developed through that rigid training. Yasuka has worked with me in addressing lopsided development and flexibility, and helped me to form physically healthy movement habits - especially important for athletes and those who repeat the same movement thousands of time. In addition to being warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, Yasuka has helped me to develop a greater understanding of how my own posture and movement affects my body. Subsequently, I have become a better and more nuanced teacher of martial arts. I recommend her very highly.
