Super professional people in Taiwan Consulate in Osaka, they know how to respect people and deal everything professionally, I would recommend everybody to visit the consulate without any hesitation, they are super nice and the way they deal people I feel welcome already in Taiwan, I can't wait to be in Taiwan, the woman who dealt my visa, she was super polite and efficient, everything was on time and I'm just in love with their service.... 7stars Sheharyar sharif

今天去辦護照更新，但是期待太高，以為對台灣人應該會態度滿好的，結果態度不太好欸笑 連站在旁邊的日本男友後來都說，這辦事員看起來臉滿臭的，倒是聽到中間的小姐講中文講日文口氣都很好，多少跟運氣有點關係。 只能說自己在日本做服務業也被日本服務業慣壞了。（當然也有差的啦！）不能拿現在的標準來衡量，不然會覺得為什麼對國人不太親切。

來此辦理護照以及授權書認證等事宜，承辦員李怡萱小姐非常親切，手續進行順利。但目前新冠肺炎感染期間，只有早上收件而已，下午是取件時間。
