Ordered takeout and the food was goooooood. Ebi tempura soba was nice but even better was their tamagoyaki A bit pricey. Definitely eat the soba there bc the tempura will get a bit soggy if you order it as takeout. Then order the tamagoyaki, and then another tamagoyaki to go! You heard! Also, they accept cash only. Maybe that’s changed but that was the case when I was there.

Nice soba place but they asked us not to speak english due to the customers being kind of sensitive to foreign language so hmmmm.....

Wonderful, quiet, friendly place with delicious noodles! Staff is very friendly, they were patient and even have an in-depth English menu and a well-thought-out instructions how to enjoy soba!

Nice soba, big portion, great service but the topping still need improvement. Although a little bit pricey, the thick broth taste good.

Lovely little soba place in Asakusa! The staff are very friendly and they have a good English menu here! When the noodles are served to you, they explain it to you and give you a little place card with the instructions on how to eat it. I had a hot soba with special tempura (2 big prawn tempura) for 1450 and it was very hot just like that said so don’t be a fool like me and dive in! The tempura was fried using the flower technique in which batter is dripped onto it as it is frying to give it more volume. The purpose is to give you more texture in the soba when it breaks off and falls into the soup. Giving it a nice silky texture while the prawn was nice and juicy inside. The noodles were cooked wonderfully and the soup was delicious. Add some Shichimi chilli powder as you go to change the flavour profile of your meal and tuck in. Amazing meal for a cold day such as today! Warms the heart and soul and of course, the belly.
