Horrendously slow service coupled with food that is nothing to write home about. Our main took 3 hours to come out. Some other people left even before they got their main. Also, the staff is very strict with what you order. One drink minimum and that drink had to be before your meal. I wanted tea after my meal but they forced me to order something before my meal - needless to say, considering how bad the service was and the fact that I only wanted to drink tea once, I forwent my after meal drink. Way better restaurants all over Tokyo, both in terms of service and food quality. Skip this one.

Very difficult to find a Alsace restaurant in Tokyo, but this place is strongly recommended if you are obsessed with Alsace cuisine like having just returned from a trip. The staff is not friendly, but the food is more than make up for the fault.
食べログ評価に惹かれて一度行ってみたかったアルザス料理のお店。 食べログにリアルな口コミは少ないと実感。 料理は普通に美味しいけれど、接客と雰囲気でいくらでも不味くなる。 眼鏡の男性スタッフの方々、目は合わない、声がけはない、メニューの一方的な決めつけ。 でも、隣の常連客にはバトラーかな？というくらい、親切。 常連客との差別化があまりにも酷く、常連客はますます懇意になるし、一元客はもう行かない心理になるだろう。 印象的だったのは、コロナ対策で席間に仕切りのようなものが吊ってあるのだが、客が通る際に、スタッフが自分の料理上に寄せていたこと。料理の真上、スレスレに。 自分が常連客なら、絶対このような対応を取らないはず。そう思うと意図的で、お店のポリシーが無理。悪意がなくてもホスピタリティ皆無で無理。 何というか、ホモソーシャルな接客観。 あの接客と雰囲気に耐えてまで、食事したいとは思わない。

本場のフランス料理が食べたくなったらまずここですね！ 単品ものからコースまで充実してます スタッフさんの接客もよく、居心地がいいですよ_
아사쿠사바시에 위치한 프랑스 알자스지방 요리 점문점.점심엔 가격대도 저렴해서 항상 만석이다.저녁엔 일인 일주류 주문 필수.음식들이 깔끔하고 정말 맛있다.1층과 2층이 있고 실내가 그리 넓진 않지만 가격대비 만족도가 좋은 추천할만한 레스토랑이다.
