Nice experience and not so touristy for Asakusa. Good meat and vegetables from Okinawa

First of all, we got the wrong menu, and ordered something which was not there anymore. Instead of asking if I wanted something different, I just got something different without having a choice. There is no choice to not receive it, you just have to take it. The food is different than on the pictures, I have attached a picture to the photo album. When asking anything about it to the manager, he states that the food will be different from the food anyway, and that it can not be returned even when not touched. Overall bad customer service and bad quality. Terrible experience overall. Edit: apperently the owner does not really understand. My comment is not mostly an advice towards the food, it is more towards the service. As a manager you just can not be rude to a customer. If there is something wrong with the food you have to solve it, not just be fine with it. Also as customer you are most likely going to spend around 4000yen each, so you have to expect a good experience. Restaurant owner, please take this as advice.
Pretty disappointing, not sure how this scores so high. Not cheap, not delicious and not really good value. There is a novelty factor having okinawan food, it looks pretty and service isn't bad but just not good enough overall
They have really great service. Although they didn't have an English menu, they did have English speaking staff who took the effort and time to explain the options available. Their food was great too. Supposed to be food from Okinawa. Loved the pork salad. Even the bitter gourd tasted great. Enjoyed the cocktails they had too A very cozy and unique setup.
Nice Okinawa cuisine izakaya. The decoration is very nice and make you feel as if you were in Okinawa. There is a good choice of drinks from there. Food is really good. 海ぶどう was one of the best I ate in Tokyo. The price are really reasonable. Non-smoking place
