Staffs are helpful here. There is only one small Duty free shop and two vending machines after the immigration counter near the boarding gate for international airlines on 2/F. Better have your lunch/dinner/getting the souvenirs before entering the hall. The Duty free shop sells the Royce chocolates, some famous Japanese snacks and cosmetics products. Recommend the milk ice cream inside the family mart (before entering the security check/immigration counter on 2/F). You can also taste the regional soup from the tap inside this convenient store for free!

Small and cosy airport with good selection of food and souvenirs. However, custom services is a bit slow and ground staff's attitude could use some improvement.
Head up 3/f for the observation desk and farewell zone. A nice view overlook the city.
I thought the lounge for goldcard members was comfortable.
