Giant mall with an assortment of small shops and a foreign movie theatre that shows movies in English. The mall itself has everything from Diesel clothes and Tiffanys famous wedding rings (although no sterling silver telephone dialers available, I asked) to American Chinese food and Krispy Kreme donuts. It's a great place to spend the day shopping. Literally surrounded by other mini malls there's plenty to explore and you can pretty much find anything. The train station serves as the heart of the mall so take the train to Kashiwa Station and you'll be in the thick of it once you walk onto the platform. Expensive for foreigners but normal pricing for Japan.
