There are a couple of study rooms upstairs. In the one by the stairway, it's okay to use a personal computer. I actually tried to use my PC in the library near Shin-yurigaoka station, but there are o computers\ signs posted at all the tables, upstairs and down, although you can use them at the library at Odakyu Nagayama, which is a pretty nice library too. The Tama Library room where it's okay to use your own computer can be pretty hot and stuffy, even with the windows open. Today, however, is the first day I've been here when the air conditioner was on. I was pleasantly surprised. You can also bring drinks into the room as long as the container has a resealable top, like a screw-on. No cartons or cups are allowed. I've been here about ten times and will be back again.

もともと学校だったらしく、懐かしい気分になれる外装です。学習スペースが充実しています。

駐車場もあり、広くてwi-fi もあるのが良いと思いきや、docomoの人使えない。 今時docomoだけ使えないって…あり得ん。 使えるようにしてください！

閲覧席が少なめでもったいない。大人は久々の学校感が味わえる。空き教室とか書庫の本ばっかりだと思う。
