Jimmy, the Bartender at The Castle, was fantastic. His care and time spent on the cocktails truly showed when we tasted them. They were wonderful! As a bartender from New York, I was impressed and extremely pleased by the quality that I received at The Castle. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for well crafted and creative cocktails.

Amazing drinks. The bartender, Jimmy, is a real artist. I own a Luxury Bar in kitashinchi (I won’t say the name because I’m not here to poach customers) but I understand the importance to a top shelf cocktail. Jimmy has it down. I always enjoy watching the mixology in progress. And the owner is a great guy to have a chill conversation with.
