I did not stay in the hotel but I would like to mention some outstanding service we received there recently on Sunday 30th August 2020. We drove to this hotel - the shopping arcade actually - to buy my son a teddy bear. The shop appeared to be open so we went in. Unfortunately, we were greeted by one guy crossing over his arms in an 'X' as if we were breaking the law or something. I thought it was rude and unhelpful. They were doing a special one-off clean of the shop and were told sorry we are closed and there is nothing we can do. We went back to the hotel reception and were lucky enough to ask Lee if he could help - I think he was from Thailand - and he could not have been more helpful. He went to the shop, brought back various sizes of the bear we wanted and made it very easy for us. It was so nice to see the 'can do' culture alive and well embodied by Lee san. It made our day for us and my son. Thank you.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfy beds. There is a gondola from hotel to a mountain center so you can go directly to ski piste. We enjoyed the wonderful snow for skiing.

It’s been 10months from previous snow seasons good to come to this powder snow site with unbeatable breakfast every morning and excellent crab dinner!!! These pics are taken in 2017 Feb and I am already expecting the opening of snow season in Dec this year!!!

Several minutes of shuttle bus from the ski area - which was with top quality of powder . A lot more choices of restaurants here than the Mariot which was just next to the ski area. The staffs were very friendly. As in promotion poster, there will be lifts going directly from the hotel to the ski area at the end of 2019. Unfortunately we found the warmer in bathroom and washroom were out of order after we have settled down. We were too lazy to change to another room at that moment.

I visited the resort in September - late summer / early autumn time so it wasn’t ski season. Rooms are large and comfortable, though furnishing a bit old and tired. Free onsen ticket for guests every night for Marriott Elite members. Onsen is great!

It was quite peaceful for the last snow in early spring. Not many options for food. Most of the outlets were closed. Those remained open were priced reasonably.

We had one of the upper rooms on the 14th floor. It had comfortable beds and pillows.ir was a big room with a big bathroom. It also had a great view of the ski slopes. There's a gondola that takes you from the mountain center to the hotel and it also has chairs on the lift if you are wearing your skis. The hotel has a public bath, swimming pool and fitness center that guests can use. There is a separate fee for the onsen. Lots of restaurants and activities onsite.
