Lots of Japanese style souvenirs for visitors to choose anytime. You can tell how delicate and neat the products are. The staff can explain everything in details. Just try to taste cakes, snacks or other stuff before picking up what you want. You will definite love those stuff. Enjoy it.

I was flying from Tokyo to San Francisco, with a 2-hour layover in Toronto. I bought alcohol at this store after clearing security in Tokyo. The girl at the counter kept telling me I need to pick up the bottles at Toronto, but proceeded to hand me the bags after I paid. She did not understand English and could not explain why she was giving me the bags if I was to pick them up in Toronto. Not knowing what else to do I took the bags and boarded the flight. I got off at Toronto and they told me at the transit security screening that the bottles had not been sealed correctly, so I would not be allowed to take them with me any further. This store should have sealed the bottles, which they didn't and I, as a traveler, didn't know they were supposed to. My options were to allow them to confiscate 300 worth of bottles, for no fault of mine, or go all the way out and check the bottles in as checked in baggage and come back in again. It was a nightmare! With barely 2 hours to my connection, I had to clear immigration and go all the way out, check the bottles in as luggage and come all the way back in again, clearing immigration. I had my fingers desperately crossed that the bottles wouldn't break in transit. These folks have nice stuff but they do not follow regulations that they should know - about how to seal bottles of alcohol. Their staff don't speak English in an area full of international travelers and are unable to communicate important information. I emailed this story to them, but have not heard back. Save yourself the nightmare. Buy your stuff elsewhere where they follow the rules and can at least tell you if you need to do something.

This is the massive duty free store selling all kinds of things like omiyage, cosmetics, ciggies, and electronic items. Be prepared for huge lines and crowds.

Decent selection of Japanese treats. I can't say for alcoholic beverages though. The price is competitively priced.

Shu Uemura petal skin fluid foundation series are definitely cheaper to buy from here. The price difference is about 700 as compared to downtown shops, especially ISETAN MiRROR. Customer service of this 24-hour Central duty free (immediately after immigration) is always cheerful & better than the small Cosmetic Boutique near Gate 113 or those around the All Day Dining. Go to the cashier counter at the cosmetic area to make payment instead of queuing at the crowded food stuff cashiers near the entrance.
