Arrived here before the check in time and the friendly staff allowed us to put our luggage in the hotel first. The dinner option was amazing as well as the breakfast. The interior are modern and clean. Onsens were a good experience as well. Will be recommending this place to anyone going to Hakone

Very nice and a cozy hotel. Recently did a renovation so very clean on the inside. They also have a private hot spring that you could reserve and use (1,500/45min). The food was also delicious and well balanced. Would def reccomend this place

Location: Can arrange shuttle in advance. Shuttle from hotel at 09:15/10:15. Taxi from Gora station to hotel costs 730Yen. Public transport: Purple line bus/No 2 bus. Dining: Dinner and breakfast are good. Above average. But not impressive. Room: Comfortable room and quite big. Onsen: 1500 Yen for a private onsen. Worth to try. Need to reserve. Please note the onsen closure time.

Rooms are big with sofa to rest. Onsen was great. Nice and beautiful ambience. Very new. Bed is very comfortable.

Three stars not four because this place goes by a different name, Lec Torre. Very confusing and hard to find. A few tips for future guests: There is a private onsen that you can book for a fee. Further down the hall is a public men/women onsen with two hot baths. I think you pay a tax but not the private booking fee. Nice set up in the public onsen with shampoo, soaps, lotions and hair dryers. There is a laundry room for guests that is excellent. 200 yen to wash, 300 yen to wash with automatic soap. Tumble dryer for 100 yen for 30 min. So convenient! The rooms are large for Japan. Very clean en suite bath.

Very clean, very polite staff. Food was not part of the package and is extra. If you ask for breakfast and don't show up on time, they still charge you for breakfast (which I think is fair). Breakfast was good. The onsen was good. They have two public ones and two private ones (cost extra).
