Kimura serves as a mentor in a number of incubators and accelerators, and has cultivated cross-border collaborations with VCs, startups, and incubators/accelerators in Asia and North America. He subsequently expanded the scope and capacity of addlight, which now includes 10+ bilingual members with a diverse set of expertise—from entrepreneurs and engineers to financiers, VCs, journalists, and marketers.
