Best place in Tokyo for gi, practice elements or material arts supplies. Might be bit hard to find. Look for a sandwich board type sign along the sidewalk. Located near the Toyota Rent-a-car.
I emailed and requested if I could get a embroided BJJ belt done quickly before I left Tokyo. Usually it would take a week, so I only had a few days. When I went into the shot, the ladies so kindly helped me do it on the spot so I didn't have to trek back to the shop on the day I fly back. Wonderful service and the shop is full of all things martial arts! I came here in a previous trip to Tokyo. And again this time. I will probably be back here in the future.
I can't recommend this place enough. I visited the shop to buy a Jiu Jitsu gi as a present for myself from Japan and was amazed at the large collection of gis they had available at the store. Even more importantly the two ladies who work there are extremely kind and patient even after trying on the 15th gi jacket and try their best so you will be happy with your purchase. They also had some cool limited edition stuff.
An awesome martial arts shop near Shinjuku Sta. They produce and have all the high quality Reversal BJJ Gis (with the rare and fantastic Street Fighter and Kinikkuman special editions) and rashguards. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. 100% recommendable and the place to go for buying Reversal stuff.

All you can dream of for kickboxing, Thai boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jistu, etc. Gloves, shin pads, kimono, and more (like DVD). We found everything we needed. However the entrance is hard to spot. When you finally see the small sign on the sidewalk, go into the building, 4th floor. Prices can be quite high on some items. Shop wisely.
My dream shop. Whenever I'm in Tokyo, I alway pay a tribute to it. I must admit that the number of rare and exclusive items (such as japanese fighter's exclusive t-shirts and so on) has dropped over the past years and nowdays is mainly worth the visit for the Reversal brand staff they have. Other than that, I vividly remember the smell, the memoralia they have at the entrance and how comfortable one feels inside, without anyone bothering you so you can take your time to look around.
