Great treatment, If you live in Japan you have to learn how to be patient, In Japan it’s not like other country I agree Not fast ever, but believe me they will treat you well.. Just take your time slowly And give full details about your sick important. Remember Don’t rush Try to be easy going not angry. I suggest you before you go to write all questions in paper and take it with you for easy solution. Don’t forget ID or passport if you have any insurance If you go early morning it will help you to done your treatment within that day. Appointment will be better, but I’m sure no one will do appointment when sick it’s sound crazy I know. Keep smile Wish you all get well soon Hope no one will suffer from pain again

All staff are friendly, this is Japan after all. It is however, not an English speaking friendly hospital as advertised. Yes I'm in Japan. Im fully aware of my limitations and ignorance to speaking the native language of the country I'm in. The point is its advertised as being English speaking and I could have chose somewhere more appropriate. I met 1 staff member who spoke very basic English, the doctor was not that person.

Minimally attentive staff. My girlfriend was on an IV for two hours, but there were no beds in the ER apparently, so she had to lay down on the chairs. Seriously. Will avoid at all costs in the future.

I went to the ER today after injuring my back doing sport. Could barely walk but they asked me 3 times to cross the whole corridor just to confirm my name or asking me my problem for the 3rd time. On the X ray it was clearly visible that my spine was in a S shape but they only gave me a tablet of pain killers... They clearly dont know what they are doing. One of the worst medical experience i've ever had. 0 care for the patient.
