Very nice ice skating place but they hiked the price annually from 1500 JPY, to 2000 and then to 2500 this year which is a bit expensive. There is also no reentry so make sure you get there ready to spend time skating without going out. There’s a vending machine and bathrooms inside and the ice is really good quality. The staff cleans it routinely so good job on that!

Within 20 minutes we entered the rink in the afternoon they announced that they are closing the rink because of wind. We did not feel any abnormal wind, though we don't know how strong wind is dangerous for skating. We asked whether it is temporary closure, they didn't inform anything. Then we asked if it reopens later that evening whether we can use the rink, but they said no. And we found it open and people were skating in that evening! My point is the wind was not only at that moment, in fact it was much stronger before we entered, if they knew that it was not possible to operate in that wind they shouldn't sell the ticket or should have informed us explicitly. One of the shoes was problematic too in that short 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it was just wastage of money.

The ice not so quality, boots also not comfortable, Price for adults 2000 But if you have seen all Tokyo and want more this is the place to spend nice time....
Great place to skate outside every Tokyo winter. Ignore the reviews that say it is closed. It opens every winter
