Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was quiet and great value. Had a nice view. Close to markets and a few mins walk to the metro. The bathroom was spacious and all the amenities were great.

I have no complaints about my stay. The room was on par with the quality you expect from a typical Japanese hotel (clean and comfortable). I snagged a great price 50/night breakfast included. Rooms also have washer/dryer to boot. However, the main draw is the location, step right out the door and you're in the outdoor Tzukiji market.
A budget hotel in the middle of Tsukiji Market. While the location was busy during daylight because of the fish market activities, it’s a bit too quite at night with almost no life around. The hotel itself was good. Enough spaces in the room. Breakfast voucher in nearby diners. Walking distance to at least 3 subway stations and Ginza only 10-15 minutes away. Very recommended.
The location is the gem. Right at the Tsukiji market, you don’t need to google to find restaurant during the day time. And no fishy odor at all even though this is a seafood market. The hotel room is a bit small, but it is standard size in Tokyo. The room literally has everything u need. From all the electric outlet to washing machine (can do drying too). The staff is very polite and helpful, and there is even free coffee. It is a good hotel to stay overall.
The hotel was not accommodating at all. We had booked to stay at the hotel from Oct 12 to Oct 17, 2019 but the super typhoon hit Japan and all flights from Canada to Japan were forced to cancel. We were even willing to arrive a couple dates late and check-in for the last few days of stay and still pay for the full week stay but no flights were leaving the and landing in Japan for several days after the Typhoon. We were finally able to re-book flights a week later but we couldn't even change our check-in dates for the hotel for the next week when we arrive. We asked for a refund, but all they kept saying was that they couldn't refund us even knowing about the Typhoon and the situation at Narita Airport. We also gave them a heads up prior to the Typhoon that flights might get cancelled but since it was too close to the check-in date we couldn't get a refund.
An acceptable normal 3 stars hotel. Clealiness is average. Don't expect it to be extraordinary. Cleaning of the room will not be done daily, only towel will be change daily. That's their hotel policy apparently. The also have a washing machine that can dry. Oh and they don't provide free water. But one good thing is, it is literally a min walk to Tsukiji market.
Polite and helpful staff, located right in the fish market. Surrounded by shopping and food. Easy to get to the tube. Only thing is the room was a bit small. Also, nearest smoking area was a 10 minute walk.
Great for long stays (7Days). I stayed at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji for 8 Nights. We booked the Superior Double Room for two adults. Upon check-in, the staff was very warm and welcoming. They were so kind during our entire stay. The room was spacious (compared to a lot of other Tokyo Budget Hotels). Despite having 5 suitcases, we were comfortable. We had a true Queen sized bed equipped with comfortable pillows and decent linens. The best part is the washer/dryer unit! I didn’t bring a lot of clothes which made it so much easier. More space for shopping! Don’t worry, they have instructions in other languages such as English to help guide. Also, I suggest the Googles Translates app to help as well! I’m already booking another trip to Japan later this year and I plan to stay at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji again!
