I heard this building is the 3rd tallest building in Tokyo. Luxury shops, hotel and residences are in the building. Rich people might buy residences due to location and view. Unfortunately view may be get worse or just see neighbor towers soon due to many new towers are on construction around this building. May I can give you a tip for real investment in Tokyo? Please pay for location not for view. You can get many great views in Tokyo if you pay some money for sky rounds bars or cafes.
Great place for having lunch and dinner with friends.
Not much to do unless you are a fan of Doraemon like meXD. There is one shop selling this Toranomon souvenirs.
