It was my first time going to a Netcafe and it was quite a fun experience.

Some English staff. Nice place, clean rooms. If you are looking for a place to sleep this is a great place to be. There are drink machines on every floor that have a large selection. All free. The only thing I did not like, was that there are washrooms on every other floor. So you may need to go up or down stairs to find a washroom. The price is reasonable as most of the internet cafes are. For a VIP flat room for 2 people and 12 hours, was 6,674.
They have wide range of manga, fast internet, pretty big monitor with headphone, and even the normal room is cozy enough to sleep. They also have free drinks and soup, and hot water if you want to bring cup noodle from outside. There's also shower room, i think it's a good place to stay if you happen to miss the last train but don't want to take taxi.
Went on a Friday for 3 hours with my brother. Was 2660 yen including new membership. (Passport required for foreigners) The VIP room we had to go in for 2 gaming computers (2-6) was smoking but it wasn't too bad. I believe they had GTX 970s. You can install applications on the machine (such as Paragon by Epic Games). It has a Japanese keyboard so be careful not to press Japanese language buttons or you will type in hiragana.
VIP room is great, it's all private and comfortable to lay down and relax.
