Matsuya is the best. I visited on my trip 3 time in Japan i love food and so close to my hotel very cheap I use to buy a meal ticket at the vending machine very easy

Typical beef bowl place. They only have counter seats but the food came fast and it was all cheap! Foreigners welcome!
