Brilliant atmosphere for an Irishman if you are lucky to stop in when @SammiFiddle and his trade band are playing. Made feel very welcome. Pity it doesn't stay open long enough to enjoy more.

One of a chain. Staff are easy going. The drinks are similar to what you'd find at most places, but a good selection. Pretty good pub food. Larger than the Shibuya branch. The basement atmosphere is nice. For some reason it's my favourite in the chain.

Friendly, cosy, fairly authentic. Good selection of Irish food and drinks. The all -day- breakfast is not a bad substitute for the real deal. They have live Irish music on Thursdays

Good Irish Pub in Ikebukuro, not too small, not too big. There is even a small terrace despite the place being located in the basement. For St Patrick 2015, all the Kilkenny and Guiness pints were sold for 500 yen, about USD 4, and they offered a free live Irish music concert. The ambiance and decor feels like Europe, a mix of Japanese and foreigners come here to drink some good beer.

I like the Dubliners in Shinjuku better, but the one in Ikebukuro is nice. Maybe its better for relaxing since it seems less busy than the Shinjuku location.
